    Did you say, when cleaning out our binders, to leave ONLY our TOCs? (Please respond)

    You are correct. The only thing that should stay is the TOCs.

      You need to have a blog. When you are setting it up you place a picture for your profile.

    You need to have a google account set up. Ask you parents if it's okay for you to do it and see if they can help you.
